Lemon Dill Noodles

1 pound spaghetti noodles
1/4 pound butter
1 pint sour cream
1 lemon
1 teaspoon grated lemon
freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup fresh dill
parmesan cheese

Cook the noodles in boiling water; drain and place in large bowl. Melt butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour over pasta and toss. Sprinkle on ground pepper and lots of parmesan cheese. Yummm! Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or as an elegant side dish for entertaining.
